Structural type: Double support, belt drive structure, two supporting bearings are installed on both sides of the casing, the impeller is in the middle of the two supporting bearings, and the belt pulley is installed on the side of the fan.
Advantages: The fan speed range is large, the flow is closer to application needs, the motor installation position is more flexible, the belt pulley disassembly is more convenient. Compared to C-type drive, the radial load of the bearing is small, and the fan runs more smoothly.
Disadvantages: The mechanical efficiency is relatively low. Belt transmission requires tensioning force, adding extra lateral force to the fan shaft end. There are more easily damaged parts and high frequency of maintenance and renewal.
Main application: Suitable for double-suction or large single-suction centrifugal fans with a large range of performance variations.
